This is the bizarre moment a commuter was filmed doing sit-ups on the floor of a London-bound train.

Apparently keen to make the most of his commute, the keen exerciser was filmed working out in the middle of a Southeastern carriage.

The fitness fanatic carried out his routine on the Tunbridge Wells to Charing Cross train as other passengers looked on.

Barry Rabbetts tweeted: “At £449.30 a month the Tunbridge Wells-London Charing Cross Health Centre must be one of the most expensive gyms anywhere in the UK”.

The man’s workout was hailed as “time efficient” as he faced uncomfortable conditions on the floor.

Many passengers were glued to their phones and did not appear to notice he was doing the workout.
