Images of President Donald Trump and the First Lady have gone viral over talk Melania isn't looking herself, and Twitter users have been having some fun with a bizarre conspiracy theory that she has a body double.
As Twitter scrutinised photos of Mr Trump and his wife boarding the presidential chopper Marine One at the White House, some users claimed the smiling woman in the picture was not Mrs Trump and is a decoy .
With the hashtag '#FakeMelania' they've pointed out differences in her appearance including that she doesn't seem to smile the same way.
Users have since been poking fun at the conspiracy talk by sharing images of Trump next to other people who clearly are not the First Lady.
These include the North Korean leader Kim Jong-un, Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage and Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler - and all the way from Weatherfield Coronation Street's Gail Platt.
"This is not Melania," pointed out one Twitter user sharing a doctored photo of Trump featuring the Platt family matriarch played by Helen Worth.
And in another twist some have also pointed out that Doctor Who star John Barrowman appears to be flying the helicopter.
Corrie fans are well aware that because of a huge sinkhole appearing in the Platt back garden, Gail already has her hands full.
Between the sinkhole, daughter-in-law Shona Ramsey's causing havoc because of her memory loss and getting to know her secret grandson Sam, Gail just wouldn't have the time to join Trump on his 2020 election campaign trail.
Rumours about a lookalike standing in for Mrs Trump have been circulating on social media for years.
The President took to Twitter last year to address the conspiracy theory as 'deranged', blaming the media.
He tweeted: “The Fake News photoshopped pictures of Melania, then propelled conspiracy theories that it’s actually not her by my side in Alabama and other places.
“They are only getting more deranged with time!”
