I used to be agnostic, I didn’t know whether a god really existed or not. But I now I know one does exist, because the KitKat Biscoff has finally arrived in Australia and nothing is holier than thou.
YES you can now purchase the yummy wafer-y goodness of a KitKat layered with crunchy Lotus Biscoff spread. Oh god (because I believe in you now), I am actually salivating over this top-tier creation.
These little chocolate treats are the chonky KitKat kind and come in five individually wrapped pieces of goodness. However, you can only purchase them through the KitKat website or one of the KitKat flagship stores in Melbourne or Sydney.
I have to say I’ve been to the flagship Melbourne store and it is a dream. You can create your KitKat on what looks like a McDonald’s touch screen and it’s very fun.
If you’ve been living under a rock these last few months, you might not have noticed that Biscoff is making a massive resurgence.
Recently, Krispy Kreme and Biscoff collaborated to make god-tier donuts and I can confirm they were delish. There was the classic Original Glazed donut, drizzled with a hefty amount of Biscoff creme and the Lotus Biscoff Cheesecake pumped with creme cheese frosting.
Not only that, but you can also buy a vegan Biscoff cake at your local Woolies. I’m not a vegan, but I must admit that I get excited whenever something is, because I immediately assume it’s healthy – even though its clearly packed with sugar.
