A Birmingham business consultancy is continuing its expansion across by the UK by investing £250,000 in a London launch.
ABGI UK, which is based in Newhall Street and also has offices in Manchester and Edinburgh, is now on a recruitment drive for the new operation.
ABGI UK, part of the global group headquartered in Lyon, aims to help clients with innovation and business expansion and counts household names such as carmaker Fiat, US conglomerate 3M and parcel delivery firm Hermes among its roster.
It has recently expanded its services to include risk assurance, grant funding, R&D advances and capital allowances but its 'Jumpstart' brand will be retired and moved under the ABGI UK banner to align it with its international plans.
ABGI UK chief executive Scott Henderson said: "The significant investment in our UK operation comes on the back of strong growth in our business.
"We are seeing increasing interest from companies looking to address the inherent conflict of interest and risk exposure of using their accountant or audit partner for this type of consultancy.
"Along with the new London office, this investment enables us to increase our UK presence and leverage decades of experience, in order to expand our service offering for both large corporates and SMEs across ABGI's footprint."
