Leeds United haven't had a festive period to remember so far, but Marcelo Bielsa and his boys will hope to change all that with their trip to Birmingham City this weekend.
With just one point from a possible six, the Whites have missed a clutch of key chances to move atop of the Championship.
City, led by Pep Clotet, have enjoyed just a fruitful period too however, with one draw and a loss, and will also hope to turn around their fortunes.
The hosts have no suspensions to speak of but they do have a few faces missing from action...
Jack Clarke-Salter (Dislocated shoulder)
The defender was forced to hospital during his side's win over Reading at the start of December after he dislodged his shoulder.
His manager predicted a return within two-to-three weeks, which would put him on track to prospectively feature against Leeds.
But after failing to make the squad for their Boxing Day clash, his chances of an appearance look slim.
Marc Roberts (Ankle Ligaments)
Another Blues defender out for now, the 29-year-old injured himself against Millwall in late November.
He was forced from the field, where his injury was revealed to be more serious than feared, leaving him out of action until January at the very least.
Clotet however was previously hopeful ahead of Boxing Day in seeing Roberts return to training imminently.
Maikel Kieftenbeld (Knee)
The Dutchman last played against Leeds, when he injured his cruciate ligament, way back in April.
He won't be in line for a rematch either, although his long lay-off is almost over.
Clotet previously earmarked the midfielder too for a return in the new year.
