Bird slams into girl's face as she rides 70mph on DC Rivals rollercoaster

Rollercoasters can be scary enough - without a bird slamming into your face just before a big drop.

Paige was riding on the DC Rivals roller coaster at Movie World on the Gold Coast region of Australia on Sunday when an ibis crashed into her face just before the ride dropped sharply.

She's seen holding her hands to her face and looks visibly shaken before glancing across to her stunned friend.

The pair then appear to be distracted by the twists and turns of the ride.
