Binevenagh Mountain in Co Derry has been named as one of the UK's top three wild wonders.
More than 100 locations were judged against two sets of criteria to gauge their wildness and popularity by car manufacturer Mini.
Binevenagh came in the third spot, just behind lake Llyn Dinas in Wales and the island of Uyea in Scotland.
Based on the rating criteria from Mini, the mountain range received a visitor rating score of 106 and a wildness score of 99.
Mini said: “Stunning sights can be found on the summit after a day of exploration and adventure – you can look out to Lough Foyle, Inishowen and even to the west coast of Scotland.
“To get there, you can experience the scenic drive across Binevenagh whilst taking in the views along its mountain and lake.
“58 Google reviewers left Binevenagh 5-star reviews, and after a day experiencing its sights, you might just find yourself joining them.”
The mountain was formed around 60 million years ago by molten lava, and it marks the western extent of the Antrim Plateau.
Its steep cliffs extend for six miles over the peninsula of Magilligan, meaning it dominates the skyline over the villages of Bellarena, Downhill, Castlerock, and Benone beach.
If this isn't enough reason to get planning your next hike, the area is also an Area of Specific Scientific Interest and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Notable features of the mountain range include the Mussenden Temple and a clifftop viewing area on the Bishop's Road, which gives incredible views over Lough Foyle and Inishowen in Co Donegal.
