Billy Porter showed why he is often hailed as the most flamboyantly dressed person at an awards ceremony, with an equally impressive outfit for the BRIT Awards at The O2 Arena.
The 51-year-old US actor hit the red carpet in an extraordinary black number which came with lace detailed sleeves and a fascinator which he has stated is a homage to Grace Jones.
Before his arrival at the BRITs, he shared a short video on Instagram in which he showed his transformation into the legendary performer.
He captioned the pics: "Check the story because the boots are SICK-O-NING! #BRITs2021 @brits #GraceJones "
Billy, who won the 2013 Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his role as Lola in Kinky Boots, showed that he still had that style with his knee-high leather boots.
The TV star exuded glamour and sass in the all-black number as he strutted his way down the BRITS red carpet.
Billy added more pops of his personality to the daring look by sporting a black smokey-eye and a slick of black lipstick.
Paying homage to Grace Jones, Billy towered the red carpet in the platform boots which did wonders to electrify the already bold ensemble.
The actor accessorised with a selection of sparkling jewellery and a matching silver handbag which added an extra touch of luxury to the unforgettable look.
American Horror Story star Billy was seen posing up a storm on the red carpet as he perfected every angle.
And it seems as though BRIT Awards fans have already given Billy's outfit five stars as eager lovers of the ceremony flocked to Twitter to discuss the actor's unexpected look.
"OMG, Billy Porter has just won the whole red carpet. Move over Dua Lipa," gushed one admirer.
