Billy Porter won the Oscars before he even made it inside.
The "Pose" star turned heads when he took the red carpet Sunday night in a stunning Christian Siriano tuxedo dress.
Porter pulled off the velvet look with silk lapels, ruffled sleeves and a black bow tie, paired with an enormous skirt fit for a Paris runway.
"The most divine moment!" Siriano wrote on Instagram. "Shut this carpet down!"
Porter slipped into something a little less over the top when he joined Elaine Welteroth, Ashley Graham and Maria Menounos to host the red carpet, switching out the skirt for a more tapered one and trading out the bowtie.
The Broadway star, who won a Tony as Lola in "Kinky Boots," has been a force of nature throughout this year's awards show cycle, particularly a stunning custom couture look by New York-based designer Randi Rahm at the Golden Globes last month that included a bejeweled gray suit and hot pink cape.
