Bills Involved in DeAndre Hopkins Trade Market, per Report

The Bills are the latest team interested in Cardinals wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins, according to Aaron Wilson of KRPC-TV in Houston.

Hopkins reportedly has garnered interest from the CowboysChiefs and Ravens. While Hopkins has generated interest in the trade market, Wilson also reported that “financial expectations” could impact further interest from Kansas City and Baltimore.

Buffalo’s interest in Hopkins comes after NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported Tuesday that the trade market for the five-time Pro Bowler was “ramping up” and he could be traded at any time as Arizona continues to modify its roster under new coach Jonathan Gannon.

Amid all the reports and rumors, Hopkins appeared on The Pat McAfee Show earlier this month, saying that he was focused on living “in the present moment” and that he was taking things day to day in regard to trade talks.

“Right now, the Arizona Cardinals is the team and the roster I’m on, and I’m preparing myself for whatever the future holds,” Hopkins said.

The 30-year-old also added he was flexible about his contract situation with a new team if Arizona chooses to trade him, according to Rapoport.

Hopkins, a three-time first-team All-Pro selection, recorded 717 yards receiving yards nine games in the 2022 season for the Cardinals.
