Bill Callahan says he has no plans to make change at QB

Despite the goose-egg performance Sunday against the 49ers, it doesn’t look like the Washington Redskins will be making any sudden changes at the quarterback position. Less than an hour after his team lost to the San Francisco 49ers, interim coach Bill Callahan announced that he won’t be making a change despite Case Keenum throwing for just 50 yards.

To be fair, the conditions were less than ideal, and they were not suitable for offensive production. Even the 49ers, who average over 29 points per game, were held to three field goals. Regardless, this is the second time this season that Washington has been held to less than 10 points, and the first time all year that they’ve failed to score at all.

There is no telling what more Dwayne Haskins or Colt McCoy could do in this situation, but it’s starting to feel like whatever they do, it can’t be worse than this.
