Bihar: Rhino's body recovered

PATNA: The body of a grown rhinoceros, flowing through Gandak river flood from Nepal, was found trapped in the Gandak barrage gate number 10 at Valmikinagar. VTR Director-cum-conservator of forests, Nesamani K, said the forest official of Chitwan was informed about the dead rhinoceros.

Its body was lifted from the barrage in the presence of forest officials of India and Nepal on Friday. It was handed over to Nepal forest officials after conducting autopsy.
