BEGUSARAI: A six-year old boy who had gone missing on Thursday evening was found murdered at Kusmahaut village under the Nima-Chandpura police station area of Begusarai district on Friday. His body, which was recovered from a ditch filled with water in the village bore several injury marks showing extreme cruelty with which the criminals murdered him.
While the criminals punctured his eye lenses with some sharp edged weapon, they also ruthlessly chopped off his tongue. Police said the criminals must have made bid to chop-off both his ears also as evident from the injury marks on his body. After meeting out the extreme cruelty to him, the criminals drowned him in the ditch.
His father Damodar Sah that his son Ankush had gone out of the house on Thursday evening for playing with his friends. However, when he did not return till late in the evening, family members started frantically searching for him. On Friday morning, his body was found in a ditch situated few hundred metres away behind his house. Sah said that he had no enmity with anyone. "I am shocked and completely devastated," he said.
Police said the case is being investigated.
