Bigg Boss 16 contestant Sumbul Touqeer's father penned a special note for his daughter. Unlike others in the house who have their family by their side this week, he has not been able to make it.
Addressing Sumbul directly in his note, her father shared that it is the first time that they have been apart for so long, and he is not there when she needs him the most.
He said he felt extremely emotional when family members reunited with the contestants. He also wanted to come and hug her, and called her his 'sherni'. He added that he has always been with Sumbul be it taking her to school, market, shoots or for trips.
He apologised to her for not making it but said that his prayers are always with her. He concluded by saying that he is proud of being her dad.

Family weeks on Bigg Boss are quite emotional. This time Farah Khan came for brother Sajid and told him how proud their mother was of him. MC Stan, Tina Datta and Shalin Bhanot's mothers are also there.
Nimrit's dad asked her to play the game on her own and advised her not to be a part of the 'mandali'.
