Big surprises in latest updated Steelers 53-man roster projection

We have hit the halfway point of the NFL preseason. This means it is time for us to update our Pittsburgh Steelers 53-man roster projection. And there are a couple of surprises we have included. Perhaps the biggest is taking linebacker Ola Adeniyi off the list. It isn’t because he doesn’t deserve it.

But after meniscus surgery, we expect him to start the season on the injured/reserve list designated to return. This means the Steelers will keep an extra linebacker but who did we pick? Check out our gallery and find out.
