It was once the place to be in Grangemouth on a Friday and Saturday night before doors closed for good.
The Avongrange has been laying derelict since the last pints were poured, but now there are big plans for the site.
An application has been lodged to Falkirk Council asking to turn the building on Kersidebank Avenue, into a shop, restaurant and beer garden .
It also states that there would be in increase to the number of bedrooms from 14 to 27.
If approved there would also be roller shutters and a boundary fence installed around the site at Charlotte Dundas Court.
A decision has yet to be made.
