Bruce Noworul knows the right spot and his wife Sandra Noworul.
And we stay with double FOTW.
“She doesn’t go with me often but when she does this is the norm,” Noworul emailed. “Snuck out [Saturday] and hit my hot spot, you know where that is. Sure do love this woman.”
Her catch is extra special as an early nice Chinook salmon. They launched from Hammond Marina.

Meanwhile, on the Chain O’Lakes last week, Lucas Miller caught a 40-inch, 22-pound, 7-ounce flathead catfish while walleye fishing with a Kalin’s jig and Lunker grub on 8-pound line (“Made for a fun fight.”)
“I got skunked six times flathead fishing last year,” Miller messaged. “Helluva fish for my first one ever.”
Got that right.
And for the fun of it, let’s throw in the gaping maw photo.
