Big Brother winner Josie Gibson has shown fans her impressive two stone weight loss alongside an inspirational message about body confidence.
Josie, who won Big Brother's eleventh series in 2010, oozed confidence in a candid bikini snap and shared a message about her past struggles with body images.
The 34 year-old penned: "I've spent years hating my body, it's been the laughing stock of magazines and social media posts.
"I've got to a point in my life where I absolutely love my body and everything it does for me. Yes I want to make some home improvements but it's like decorating the house you love."
She went on to dish about her upcoming talk at Body Confidence Live, an event run by Lindsay Reid, a professional who helps people struggling with confidence and positive body image.
Josie continued: "I cannot wait to give a talk at the @bodyconfidencelive show this weekend in Glasgow. It's been a journey to get to this mindset and I cannot wait to share it.
"Lots more motivational speakers coming!! I can't wait to see you there guys!!"
Josie also thanked pal and former X Factor contestant Jake Quickenden.
