Big Brother's Chanelle Hayes training to inject Botox alongside nursing studies

Chanelle Hayes has revealed she is training to offer Botox alongside her new career as a student nurse.

The former Big Brother star, 33, has already had a rollercoaster ride of changes after she shed a dramatic seven stone and battled a food addiction, which inspired her to train as a nurse.

But she's already embarking on a side shuffle to supplement her studies by training to give cosmetic treatments.

Wearing dark blue surgical scrubs and a Covid-secure mask, she took to Instagram to share a video at Warrington-based Empire Aesthetics Academy posting: "That's right guys, I'm learning aesthetics alongside my nursing degree."

Her Instagram Story showed a client or model lying on the couch as Chanelle and her instructor carried out what appeared to be a brow consultation.

She also penned on another post: "After many weeks of dedicated studying I'm loving meeting new people and using my skills on this week's live models @ the training academy."

Chanelle, who found fame on Channel 4's Big Brother in 2007 when she was just 19, now plans to quit fame and be a fully qualified medic by 2024.

And if she also qualifies to deliver the aesthetics treatments - which include popular lip fillers - she could find herself the other side of the celeb world as Botox is a favourite for famous clients to remain youthful.

Meanwhile the 5ft 3ins star is celebrating her own transformation after losing seven stone since having key-hole surgery, which removed a large part of the stomach to limit food intake.

Chanelle said it was her second pregnancy that saw her weight soar, as well as the stress of moving home.

"I have my kids who I need to be a role model for," Chanelle said.

She told The Sun: "The benefits to my mental and physical life are just unreal. It makes me emotional how much I’ve gained from losing."

The mother-of-two opted to go under the knife last year after her blood pressure sky rocketed and she struggled to walk up stairs without becoming out of breath, which were all linked to her weight.
