Big Brother coming back to TV with Davina McCall this summer and fans are very excited

Big Brother fans have got VERY excited at the news that the famous reality show is coming back, 20 years after it first hit our screens.

It was back in the summer of 2000 that the first ever Big Brother UK housemates made their way onto the Channel 4 series, with memorable contestants from the first run including winner Craig Phillips and the infamous Nasty Nick.

Since then countless people have gone into the Big Brother house, including the late Jade Goody, with Jade's series of Big Brother also featuring winner Kate Lawler.

Other winners have included Brian Dowling, Nadia Almada, Anthony Hutton and Josie Gibson, who won the last series on Channel 4 in 2010, before Big Brother's switch to Channel 5.

Well now it's coming back!

Sadly, it won't be the new series so many fans have been asking for, but it will give viewers a chance to relive classic moments from the Big Brother archives.

And even better, the episodes will be hosted by original presenter Davina McCall.

Jade Goody

Davina confirmed the news to The Sun, saying: "I lived and breathed Big Brother for 11 years. Not one week goes by when I don’t quote Big Brother in some form.

"It made me laugh, it made me cry and it taught me to never judge a book by its cover."

Davina will be joined by Big Brother's Bit on the Side host Rylan Clark-Neal.
