Big Brother Australia is returning to TV in 2020, five years after it was cancelled.
The reality TV show has launched a casting call to look for new housemates, according to reports.
It will once again be produced by Endomol Shine Australia, who have already started looking for camera crews that will film the action around the clock.
TV Black Box claimed that the show will return next year, though an official date hasn't yet been confirmed.
The most recent version of Big Brother aired down under from 2012 to 2014, but it received criticism from fans for playing it "too safe".
Former Big Brother host Gretel Killeen, 56, recently addressed speculation that the show is returning.
She said to would be a "hoot" to see it on our screens again, but admitted it might attract the wrong sort of contestants.
Gretel told KIIS FM's Kyle and Jackie O show : "Reality TV can attract a different type of person now who wants to be famous, so perhaps that level of purity, maybe the time has passed.
"But maybe that's a matter of casting and redefining what the value system is and what people are trying to achieve from it."
Endomol Shine also dropped hints that they were hoping to bring the show back.
The production group’s chief creative officer Peter Salmon said they were "close" to closing deals on several reboots.
He told Deadline : "It's rare in most big territories that there isn't a conversation about it in some shape or form every year.
"We're close in a couple of interesting territories to further reboot, but I don't want to get ahead of ourselves.
"There are constant conversations and exchanges of idea where we're thinking what's next."
