Kaley Cuoco has revealed how she feels about living apart from her husband Karl Cook, a year after the pair got married.
The Big Bang Theory star, who is currently filming for a new project in New York, is living separately from her partner while they focus on their careers and building a new house.
However the couple’s living arrangements have received plenty of media attention in recent months, with speculation Cuoco and Cook have separated.
Now the 33-year-old has revealed the divorce rumours couldn’t be further from the truth.
During an appearance on The View, Cuoco told the panel: “I made headlines saying that we don’t live together yet and people went crazy," adding, "they couldn't believe it".
The actor explained they were living separately due to work and because her husband’s horses are located a few hours away from where she currently lives.
Cuoco added that while the living arrangement is not permanent, they are both enjoying living in different cities.
“We’re actually building our house together right now. We just haven’t been under the same roof,” Cuoco said.
“But, by the way, it’s been working great and we love it.
"We love it, so I don’t know why people have such an issue.”
Earlier in the interview, the actor discussed an “unflattering” Instagram post that Cook shared to troll Cuoco amid the divorce rumours.
“Karl and I like to go at each other on Instagram,” she said.
“He’s actually developed his own little social media following. He’s very proud of himself. But these are the type of flattering photos he posts of me. It’s real love.”
The Instagram post featured a photograph of Cuoco pretending to be asleep in bed.
“In my just over year of marriage I have many times found myself gazing over at my wife in awe of her beauty and grace,” Cook captioned the image.
“This is not one of those times, this time makes me wonder, ‘@kaleycuoco where’s your neck?’ Omg I love you so much honey!!!"
