Big Baller Brand announces expanded Lady Baller selections

Big Baller Brand has come under fire for a variety of reasons during its short time as a company. One of the more common criticisms has been the lack of variety and diversity in its apparel. In short, the brand lacked options for women, or as LaVar Ball calls them, Lady Ballers.

Big Baller Brand, though, has announced plans to expand its Lady Baller selections. The latest episode of Ball in the Family shows a late-2018 meeting between LaVar Ball, wife Tina Ball and Big Baller Brand manager Alan Foster with members of the Big Baller Brand staff as they discussed plans for 2019.

Bryant Herrera (BBB Merch Staff) on ideas for 2019: “….Add a lot more emphasis on the Lady Baller Brand. High demand. Very high demand.”

….

LaVar: “The time is here and now we ready to put Lady Baller back on the map. (Tina) let’s get it baby.”

The segment featured a line of yoga pants being showcased to both Balls and Foster with Tina Ball adding input throughout.

In earlier seasons of the show, Ball and Lonzo Ball’s girlfriend Denise Garcia were initially charged with leading the Lady Baller Brand. Whether or not Garcia is still involved given the ups-and-downs of her relationship with Lonzo.

Tina, though, remains a key figurehead of the movement, including stating her desire for her own shoe during the segment.

The episode was recorded in late 2018. Currently, the Big Baller Brand website has a pair of yoga pants and a sweatshirt available for order. While it’s a baby steps expansion, it is still an expansion.
