Biden to speak with Ukraine's Zelenskiy, Bucharest Nine on Thursday

U.S President Joe Biden will speak on Thursday with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy and the Bucharest Nine, a group of countries on the eastern edge of NATO, the White House said.
