Bhupinder Singh Hooda attacks BJP-JJP alliance on farm laws

GURUGRAM: Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Saturday attacked the BJP-JJP alliance in Haryana over the three farm laws, minimum support price for millet growers and other civic issues.

“This government has done nothing except scams, harassing the farmers and the general public. The coalition government has proved to be a failure on every front,” Hooda told a news conference at the house of former minister Sukhbir Kataria.

Hooda, the leader of opposition in the state, was canvassing for Pawan Beniwal for the October 30 Ellenabad bypoll. The seat fell vacant in January this year after INLD’s lone MLA, Abhay Chautala, resigned in protest against the three farm laws. Chautala is contesting again in this bypoll.
