Britain's Got Talent fans are a passionate lot.
It takes a good deal of courage to step onto a stage in front of Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams, let alone dressed as Ninja Turtles.
Still, dance troupe Urban Turtles did, and left their mark up the dumbstruck judges.
Some fans, though, were a little more than impressed, many taking to social media to admit they were a little smitten.
One cautiously tweeted: "I can't be the only one watching Britain's Got Talent and wondering if the Urban Turtles are fit."
Another could hardly contain themselves, penning a lengthy post: "Yes I love the Urban Turtles. They are totally ace. I love the dance moves. They are too cool.
"I loved that. Great start to the show. #BGT."
A third laughed: "I've never seen turtles dance like that."
A fourth just enjoyed that a troupe of life-sized dancing turtles was followed by a classical music act: "Where it's dancing turtles one minute and classic music the next @BGT @antandec."
They managed to get four yeses from the judges, meaning they're through to the next round.
As the auditions continue, Amanda recently opened up about her hopes the live shows will be able to go ahead despite the coronavirus lockdown.
"Hopefully this will all be behind us," she said on her Heart Radio show, "But I think we'll all remember how we felt during this time."
She added: "You would imagine by then that everything will be alright."
