BGT viewers call for noisy audience member to be booted out for 'ruining' show

Britain's Got Talent viewers were not impressed with the "shrieking" coming from the crowds on the ITV show on Thursday night.

Many fans took to social media to express their annoyance at the level of noise coming from those watching the show live in the audience. Some even said the woman who was responsible for the shrieks should be booted out because she was ruining the performances for those at home.

It came after the unknown person in the crowd made a loud noise - which could be heard over all the other cheering - every time an act finished up with their routine, or anytime a judge stopped talking or there was a gap between the chat by Ant McPartlin or Dec Donnelly, as writes the Mirror.

Many disgruntled fans begged for bosses to remove the audience member from the studio - or tell her to stop.

The tweets came in right through the show, from the very start and right up until the result was being announced, so if anyone there did call out the behaviour, it was ignored as the screaming continued for the entire episode.

One viewer said: "No need for it they should of thrown her out tbh I’m sorry it’s spoilt it."

Another fan wrote: "Guys- we know your tracking the socials. Please read the room and deal with the f***ing screaming.

"It’s turning people off and it would be a shame if you lost ratings and advertising revenue because the show was ruined by the relentless screeching."

A third viewer agreed: "Can the screaming banshee shut the F**K UP," as a fourth said: "Malakai is amazing... the woman in the audience however.... is not... why has nobody told her? Ruined the show for me."

Another moment called out by fans was the judges buzzing magician Kimoon Do, which saw an apology from Simon Cowell.

One viewer tweeted: "The judges were so rude to the magician, buzzing in the final they put him there."

Another said: "Buzzers for the magician on #BGT was appalling...so rude!"

A third viewer added: "What's with judges on #BGT buzzing out Kimoon Do? Why wasn't there a camera above the table projecting on to a big screen? You know, like all slight of hand magicians have. Even Cowell said it was not his fault, but they still buzzed. Terrible judging."

Meanwhile a fourth said: "Vote for kimoon do #bgt it wasn’t his fault the production people did him a disservice!!! He’s such a good magician!"

Earlier this week we reported how fans watching Tuesday night's show were talking more about the fact judge Bruno Tonioli reportedly swore live on air as the potty-mouthed BBC star was left squirming at Andrew Stanton's daredevil style act.

Britain's Got Talent's live semi-finals air all this week at 8PM on ITV1 and ITVX.
