David Walliams will take aim at all of his co-stars for his Alternative Queen's Speech - including Amanda's revealing outfits, which attracted hundreds of Ofcom earlier this year.
Dressed in a dodgy white wig, pearls and diamante crown, David rattles out a handful of thinly veiled insults in his festive speech.
Face painted with fuchsia pink lippy and bluish white eye shadow, he snarkily addresses his co-stars as the 'Queen'.
As well as Amanda, David hits out at Alesha's music, or lack thereof, and Simon Cowell's 'pensioner' age after being replaced by Ashley Banjo.
Simon was forced to pull out of judging the semi-finals and final of this year's BGT after being hospitalised following an electric bike accident in the US.
David says: "Let's look now to the New Year and my Honour's List. Alesha Dixon will be made CBE for her services to music - by which I mean she's retiring.
"Amanda Holden will be made an OBE for her environmental work - she always ensures her dresses use a quarter of the normal amount of fabric.
"Ashley Banjo will be made an MBE for his charity work for the elderly and infirm in taking over from Simon Cowell.
"And Ant and Dec, they will be named the Duke and Duchess of Newcastle, a city so close to their heart that they've lived in London for the past 25 years.
"And finally, David Walliams will have his OBE taken away for doing this awful impersonation of me. Merry Christmas, one and all!"
