BGT's Ant and Dec yell at frozen Simon Cowell during dangerous knife swallowing act

Ant and Dec ended up yelling at Simon Cowell tonight as he froze on stage during a dangerous knife swallowing act.

Moldovan entertainer Alex Magala, who has appeared on America's Got Talent, Ukraine's Got Talent, Italia's Got Talent and won Russia's Got Talent, performed on the BGT Champions stage this evening.

As part of his act, he swallowed his sword, which he scorched with fire, and got David Walliams to pull out.

Simon was also taken on stage and Alex swallowed his sword again before pulling himself into the air and flipping himself upside down.

Th media mogul stood next to him and seemed unsure of what to do, despite knowing that he had to take the sword out.

Standing to the side of the stage, Ant and Dec yelled: "Take it out!" Finally, Simon took the hilt and shakily pulled the sword out of his mouth.

After another frightening stunt, which saw Alex swallow his sword, climb up a huge pole and drop, head first, without skewering himself, Ant and Dec went with him to speak to the judges.

Meanwhile Alesha, who hid her head in her hands for most of the performance, said: "I feel like I need to have a lie down after that! it's so stressful."

She added: "I don't think it's good for the baby!"

Amanda gushed: "You are hot, you are talented, you are dangerous and you are an utter champion!"
