Beyoncé fans 'so annoyed' as O2 Priority app crashes in 'disaster' pre sale

Beyoncé fans have been left feeling 'frustrated' after the O2 Priority app crashed during the pre-sale.

O2 presale was set to run from 10am today until 6pm on Friday, February 3, followed by a promoter presale on Live Nation from Friday, February 3 from 10am - 6pm. Since the app crashing, Beyoncé's gig listing has been removed from the app already according to Twitter.

Her biggest fans, known as the 'Beyhive' will be able get fan presale tickets on Monday, February 6 between 10am and 6pm. Tickets for that will go on general sale on Tuesday, February 7 at 10am.

This morning, fans have been left fuming after the O2 Priority crashed at 10am. Many fans received an error message and was told to 'come back again later'.

A similar app error took place with the Peter Kay O2 presale, leaving many fans ticketless after the app chaos. Many Beyoncé fans took to Twitter and linked their experience to the 'Peter Kay fiasco', sharing their frustration.

One Beyoncé fan said: "@O2 SORT OUT YOUR PRIORITY APP! It’s crashed and I cannot get any Beyoncé tickets!" A second tweeted: "O2 priority was absolutely not prepared for Beyoncé [crying emoji]." A third fan said: "The @O2 Priority app crashing before 10am was never a good sign for Beyoncé tickets. What a disaster!"

A Virgin Media O2 spokesperson said: “We apologise to any customers who are experiencing difficulties trying to get Beyoncé tickets through our Priority platform today. We’re seeing huge demand and we’re doing everything we can to help ensure all our customers can get through."
