Beyonce and Blue Ivy: All the times the mother-daughter duo dressed like twins

Beyonce's daughter Blue Ivy might not be fully aware of her mother’s star power just yet, but she definitely wants to be just like her – the two have been spotted twinning at multiple events.

Most recently, Beyonce showed up to the Lion King premiere hand-in-hand with Blue Ivy, both sporting Alexander McQueen.

Their bedazzled tuxedo jackets and tulle skirts were standouts on the Disney red carpet. Beyonce is the voice of Nala in the new film, which is sure to be a hit with her daughter’s generation as well.

This wasn’t the first event the two showed up to wearing matching ensembles. At the 2018 Wearable Art Gala hosted by Beyonce’s mother Tina Knowles, the mother-daughter pair was twinning in gold. Beyonce wore a body-tight gold sequin dress while Blue Ivy sported an equally sparkling gold number.

There doesn’t have to be an event for the two to get down with a matching outfit though. In 2017, they visited the Museum of Ice Cream in Los Angeles on Mother’s Day, swinging in front of bananas in floral print maxi dresses.

The Dolce & Gabbana dresses reportedly sell for $5,400 each.

In 2016, Beyonce and Blue donned all white ensembles for Easter Sunday.

For Halloween of that same year, Beyonce and Blue Ivy got one more generation in on the twinning game. Beyonce’s mom, Tina, dressed up with her daughter and granddaughter to form the band Salt-N-Pepa. We like to imagine Beyonce taught them a little (unfortunately undocumented) “Push It” dance choreography to go with the colorful looks.
