Bexley crash: Man charged with murder after fatal hit-and-run crash in south-east London

A man has been charged with murder after a fatal hit-and-run crash in south-east London.

Jake Kemp, 26, from Bexley, died in hospital on October 24 following the crash in Bexley on October 19.

Uran Nabiev, from Bexley, was arrested and charged with one count of murder and one count of attempted murder on Monday evening.

A post-mortem examination on October 30 gave the provisional cause of death of Mr Kemp as a brain injury.

Another man, aged 33, sustained non-life-threatening injuries in the smash in Bexley Road.

Nabiev will appear at Bromley Magistrates' Court on Tuesday.
