In the Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills, a not-yet-built home with a bowling alley and a nightclub is being introduced to market at $100 million.
Set on an acre on "Billionaires Row," a cul-de-sac where neighboring homes have fetched $3,000 or more per square foot, the planned development by Michael Palumbo is envisioned as a 24,500-square-foot home designed by architects Shubin + Donaldson.
Among features of note will be a glass foyer, a great room with a hidden bar, a library/office and an 18-seat dining room. A lower-level lounge will include a two-lane bowling alley, a glass-enclosed wine wall, a nail salon, a 20-seat theater, a wellness center and a nightclub with a DJ booth and full bar.
A total of seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms will include a 3,100-square-foot master and junior master suite.
Renderings of the property depict automated walls of glass opening to a 140-foot swimming pool that will run the entire length of the estate. A museum-inspired garage will hold up to as many as eight cars.
Views from the site take in downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
In addition to the turn-key purchase price of $100 million, the home will be available for pre-construction acquisition with the current land and architectural plans for $35 million.
