I’m A Celebrity star Beverley Callard has provided a health update after she revealed that she will be starting radiotherapy following further tests.
The Coronation Street actor, who revealed she was diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in February, popped champagne and thanked fans for their support as she announced the “good news” on Thursday (30 April).
In her latest update posted on Saturday (2 May), the actor revealed that she had been “wiped out for two days” following the results.
“I’ve not really spoken to anyone for a couple of days just because when I got the good news that I can go ahead with radiotherapy, we opened the champagne and had two and a half doses and it’s wiped me out for two days.
“I’ve been really, really tired and really boring.”
