Betway are paying out early on Liverpool winning the league despite only being 13 games into the season.
Jurgen Klopp's side are eight points clear of nearest rivals Leicester while last season's Champions Manchester City are nine points behind.
The betting company have said the Reds look unstoppable and believe they will go on to claim their first Premier League title.
"Liverpool started the season as 9/4 second-favourites to win this year's title, but have looked unstoppable since the opening game," said Betway's Alan Alger.
"It's hard to see them dropping points many times this season, with yesterday's with extending their incredible form.
"We know there is risk involved, but this Liverpool team is doing all the right things and winning games in the style of champions.
"We believe the club has one hand on the trophy already."

Liverpool are unbeaten at home since April 2017 and have only dropped points in the 1-1 draw at Manchester United this season. The Reds have had to rely on late goals for several of their victories this season and yesterday was no different after Roberto Firmino's snatched three points in the 85th minute.
Liverpool may be eight points clear but there's still 25 games of the season left, something Klopp and his players are keen to point out.
The Reds claimed his side have tough games to come as they look forward to Brighton, Napoli and the Merseyside derby against Everton.
