Bettor places $1.16M wager on Kansas City Chiefs to win Super Bowl LV

One bettor thinks the Kansas City Chiefs are going to win Super Bowl LV but isn’t ready to commit to how by how many points.

So, the safe play — if there is such a thing when betting more than $1 million — is to go with the moneyline.

The wager through William Hill Nevada has been placed to the tune of $1.16M at minus-155.

If Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs repeat by downing the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday, that will be a nice profit.

If Tom Brady and the Buccaneers dethrone the Chiefs, that will be a seven-figure loss.
