The Spartans have opened as a 1.5-point favorite over UCLA in Thursday’s play-in game, according to BetMGM, The King of Sportsbooks. This will be only the second time in the last 11 games that the Spartans are favored.
Michigan State is 15-12 on the season, and UCLA is 17-9. The Bruins finished fourth in the Pac-12 this season, while the Spartans finished ninth.
