Hamilton Accies and Motherwell today (Tuesday) learned when and where their Betfred Cup group stage games are to be played.
Group F campaigners Accies start their season at home to Queen's Park on Saturday, July 13, and follow that up with a midweek game 'at' Clyde on Tuesday, July 16. The Cumbernauld club are relaying their Broadwood turf this summer, so it's believed that game will be at New Douglas Park.
Hamilton then host Partick Thistle on Saturday, July 20, before travelling to near-neighbours Airdrie seven days later.
Motherwell kick-off their Group E campaign with a trip to face Queen of the South at Palmerston Park on Saturday, July 13, and follow that up with a match at home to Greenock Morton on Friday, July 19, which is live on BT Sport.
The Fir Park side then travel to Dumbarton on Tuesday, July 23, before finishing their group stage campaign at home to Annan Athletic on Saturday, July 27.
