Beta Cinema has recently announced new sales for its Berlinale and Europe Film Market lineup, showcasing a diverse range of films that have garnered significant interest from various territories.

One of the highlighted films, '500 Miles,' has secured deals in multiple regions following an initial agreement with True Brit Ent. for the U.K. Other territories that have picked up the dramedy include Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East, Italy, Benelux, Greece, and former Yugoslavia. Aardwolf Films has acquired worldwide airline rights for the film, which is set to be directed by Morgan Matthews and stars Roman Griffin Davis alongside Bill Nighy.

Another film generating buzz is 'Führer and Seducer,' which has inked new deals with distributors in France, Bulgaria, and Greece. Prior agreements were already in place for Spain, Portugal, Scandinavia, Japan, and Australia and New Zealand. The movie, directed by Joachim A. Lang, features Robert Stadlober as Joseph Goebbels and Fritz Karl as Adolf Hitler.

'Hammarskjöld - Fight for Peace' has also attracted attention, with recent sales to Australia and New Zealand, the Czech Republic, and Bulgaria. The film, directed by Per Fly and starring Mikael Persbrandt, delves into the life of Dag Hammarskjöld, the former UN Secretary-General.

Tom Tykwer's upcoming project, 'The Light,' has secured presales in Benelux, Greece, and former Yugoslavia. The film, starring Lars Eidinger, Nicolette Krebitz, and Tala al Deen, explores the dynamics of a modern family facing unexpected challenges.

Lastly, Andreas Dresen's 'From Hilde, With Love' has expanded its reach to the U.K. and Ireland, in addition to previously announced deals across Europe and Australia. The film, which focuses on resistance during a tumultuous period, is set to be released in German-speaking territories in October.
