Bet365 is reportedly down across the UK as users say they cannot access the betting app or website.
Problems accessing the site have been reported across the UK and other parts of Europe, as well as areas of Canada.
Hundreds of users have reported that the site is down on Downdetector, with most experiencing issues logging onto the app and the site.
The site appears to have been down since noon today, with users left unable to place bets or cash out.
Unhappy users expressed their frustration on social media.
One person tweeted: "the app isn’t working and neither is the website. Will it be down for long?"
Another said: "@bet365 is bang on for prices but I’ve never known a site/app go down so much."
"Want to cash out my bet but @bet365 is down.. brilliant," an unhappy punter tweeted.
Bet365 say they are aware of the issue.
In response to customers' complaints, Bet365 have tweeted: "Hi, thank you for getting in touch. We are aware of an issue and are hoping to resolve this as soon as possible."
But not everyone appears to be experiencing issues.
@godofgambling tweeted: "I think bet365 is down for quite a few people today. Mines ok."
There are also reports the 888sport is also down with users said to be experiencing similar issues.
