Growing law firm Beswicks Legal has expanded its presence in the North West with the acquisition of another legal firm.
The Stoke-based company has acquired Maddocks Clarke Solicitors in a move which enables Beswicks to support existing clients in the Cheshire and Manchester areas – and grow its client-base in the region.
Maddocks Clarke is a well-respected firm that has its roots in Altrincham and the surrounding area going back over 30 years.
It has an outstanding reputation for residential and commercial property, family law and wills and probate.

The acquisition will see the team integrated into the Beswicks business while continuing to be based at Fairbank House, in Ashley Road, Altrincham.
Nick Whitworth will lead the team, supported by lawyers across all practice areas.
Beswicks Legal will maintain a strong focus on the needs of their clients in the Stoke-on-Trent area but says it is excited to grow into a new market with a long-standing and respected firm.
