Bestivalgoers! As you emerge from Robin Hill Country Park and wash off the last stubborn traces of face paint, tell us: how was it for you?

After surviving the ferry queues and traffic jams, Friday's revellers enjoyed an eclectic lineup of Adam Ant, Florence + the Machine (complete with orchestra and choir) and Django Django ("a revelation", said the Guardian's Mark Beaumont).

Meanwhile, the xx made their first and only UK festival appearance this summer, attracting what was believed to be "the largest crowd in Bestival's history".

Saturday saw Sister Sledge minus their lead singer ("contrary to what they keep telling us, they patently don't have all their sisters with them", said Alexis Petridis in his review), Jessie Ware, New Order and Two Door Cinema Club. On Sunday, Rizzle Kicks entertained, Sigur Rós gave us winsome wailsong and Stevie Wonder wooed crowds with his gentle banter and singalong hits.

So what were your festival highlights? Did you stop to admire the Tractorspider, bump into a family of crocodiles and a rare breed of antelope, or get lost with the hordes of other animal-costumed explorers in the maze? Let us know what you made of Bestival 2012.
