Best stag do destinations revealed from the cost of pints to the nightlife

Any best man will know that planning a stag do is no easy feat.

You need to have the right group of guys, come up with activities, and of course find somewhere with a brilliant nightlife where you're bound to have a laugh.

To ease the pressure off, Globehunters has done the hard work for you, and searched out the world's best stag do destinations.

They've considered factors such as accommodation prices, the cost of a pint, activities on offer per sq km, the number of pubs and bars on offer, and even the safety rating (for when one of you inevitably goes off on a solo adventure).

Topping the list? The bustling city of Barcelona which proved to have the most stag do-friendly activities per sq km out of the destinations surveyed.

Oh, and if it's nightlife you're after, it's unlikely you won't find somewhere to suit your needs as the Spanish city boasted the second highest number of bars and pubs per sq km (Paris came first in this category).

Although it didn't necessarily prove to be the cheapest for the likes of pints and accommodation, Barcelona was generally mid-range compared to other destinations, meaning you don't need to break the bank to go exploring.

Overall, it proved the ideal destination for stag parties looking for plenty of things to do.

Prague boasted the cheapest pints out of the destinations surveyed (E+)

BrewDog to open a craft beer hotel in the UK and there's even beer in the showers  

Closely behind Barcelona was the Portuguese capital Lisbon , which impressed thanks to its relatively cheap accommodation, taxis.

Third place went to Prague, which proved to be the city with the cheapest pints, boasting an average cost of £1.28.
