Fleecy hooded blankets have become top of many people's wish lists over recent years, in part because we've all been spending so much time at home but also, increasingly, because people are concerned about rising energy bills and are looking to heat the human not the home.

The recommended retail price of an adult Snuggy is around the £70 mark which makes them a popular choice for Black Friday bargain hunters keen to shave some money off that cost, whether as Christmas gifts or for themselves. The firm also makes versions for kids - aimed at children between four and 12 years-old - babies and toddlers and even dogs.
When will Snuggy's Black Friday sale start?
This year Black Friday falls on November 25.
Many retailers launch their Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals ahead of the weekend itself, but it isn't yet clear when Snuggy will put their deals live.
Last year subscribers to Snuggy 's email newsletter got an early indication of what the deals were, so if a hooded blanket is top of your wish list it's worth signing up to get the information as soon as it launches.

What can we expect in terms of Snuggy discounts for Black Friday 2022?
While we can't know for sure what Black Friday deals will bring, Snuggy has in previous years offered bundles and some discounts on selected items in its range.
It will be worth keeping an eye not just on the Snuggy website but also the retailer's Amazon store to see what discounts become available.
There were some great deals to be had not just on the original Snuggy blankets but also on some of their other products, including weighted blankets and other accessories.
Current Snuggy deals and discounts
If you can't wait to get your hands on a Snuggy there are already some ways to cut the price even before Black Friday season gets under way.
The simplest way is by buying in bulk. The retailer offers 9% off on two mix and match hooded blankets across its range, or 25% off four - so if you're buying for several family members this is a significant saving.
But all isn't lost if you're looking at buying a single product. Current deals will give you up £20 off an original Snuggy hooded blanket depending on the colour, with this cheery lilac one reduced to £49.99, while if you know a few people who want them - or perhaps want to pick up a few for Christmas presents - you can buy a bundle which reduces the cost even further.
Meanwhile, if you're looking for a weighted blanket they're currently available at up to £50 off.
It's also worth taking a look at the clearance section of the Snuggy website, where weighted blankets, lounge trousers, hooded blankets, accessories and more are currently discounted with savings of up to 72%.
