Six Wales players have been named among the 30 best British-based rugby players in 2021.
Ellis Jenkins, Alun Wyn Jones, Louis Rees-Zammit, Josh Adams, Liam Williams and Dan Biggar all make the Telegraph's end-of-year list.
Biggar is the highest-placed Welshman at number eight, with Alun Wyn Jones down in 26th. Jenkins makes 30th after a remarkable return from long-term injury, with Rees-Zammit at 21, Adams at 17 and Williams at 12.
Of Biggar, The Telegraph write: "Coming off one of his best years with Wales, steering the side to a second Six Nations title in three years before going on to start all three Tests at fly-half for the British and Irish Lions in South Africa. Even with Gareth Anscombe fit again and Rhys Priestland back in Wales, Biggar’s the frontrunner."
Winger Adams also receives praise, and could arguably feature higher in the list, with the likes of Owen Farrell (15th) ahead of him despite struggling for form on the international stage at times.
The article states: "Arguably underrated, given Adams has such an excellent tries per Test ratio for Wales with 17 in 34 games so far. Wales are interested in trying Adams at outside centre but on the wing he has been consistently excellent since bursting onto the scene a few years ago."
The list is headed by England star Maro Itoje, who is one of 16 English players included.
The top five consists of Itoje, Tom Curry, Marcus Smith, Faf de Klerk and Courtney Lawes.
The criteria for selection was any player who plays the majority of their rugby in Britain.
