Perfect for all EA FC 25 FUT players who can’t invest tons into Theo Hernández or go after a 1M+ left back, the Not That Guy free evolution can turn many of the game’s budget or mid-tier picks into all-around beasts.
But although all compatible players can make more than enough use of its stat boosts, who can be considered the best fit for the evo? Here are the best players for the Not That Guy Evolution in EA FC 25.

The Best Players For The Not That Guy Evolution In EA FC 25

To the delight of all who completed his SBC back in March, World Tour Samuel Lino is the best fit for the Not That Guy evolution via his all-arounder approach and offensive repertoire. The 89-rated LB Winter Wildcards Fridolina Rolfo is then my second choice, as even if we set aside the stat increases, Bruiser+ and Anticipate will pair nicely with her Jockey+ and Intercept+ combo.
Here are a few other great fits for the Not That Guy evo in EA FC 25:
- Joan Capdevila (Base Hero)
- Federico Dimarco (TOTY Honorable Mentions and TOTW)
- Gianluca Zambrotta (Centurions)
- Julian Ryerson (Thunderstruck)
- Sergio Gomez (Winter Wildcards)
- Javier Zanetti (On This Day Icon)
- Ashley Cole (Base Icon)
If you don’t have her Winter Wildcards version but can’t give up on Rolfo, her 87-rated TOTW variant is the next best thing. Once evolved, she will have similar stats to her premier WWs version, while having in Rapid+ a worthy replacement for Intercept+. You can currently purchase the 87-rated TOTW Rolfo for around 50K on both consoles and PC.
