AUGUSTA, Ga. — Once again the Masters sets the bar with a mix of classic and retro items, with a few fun 2019 surprises sporting more use of “Augusta National” in items. This list touches on just some of the very best from the on-site Golf Shop.
It’s time for our annual visit to a world of golf swag unlike any other with a look at some of the best items the Golf Shop has to offer in 2019.
Masters wall graphic: $195

Only available two years ago to members, this stunning framed image of the Cat Studio graphic using stainless steel and other artistic touches is $195 and limited to 500. I’ve got the 2017 edition next to my desk and have enjoyed the craftsmanship, beauty and wit inserted into this gem. Compared to a price golf shirt or sweater, a veritable steal.
Umbrella

The iconic Masters umbrella—complete with a golf grip—is still available but this handy smaller pop-up in the women’s section can be used by all. Sporting a green faux-leather handle this is a much more convenient way to stave off the rain.
“Ladies Fit” Hat: $26

The first of many stellar 2019 hats, this “Ladies Fit” was desperately wanted by men in the shop loving the simple Masters font. For $26, men with thin faces can pull this off. The club logo is printed under the bill as well, a nice touch.
Beach Towel: $35

High quality beach towels come in four colors, including Masters green. But the new “beach blue” was a favorite already at $35.
Garden Gnome: $38

Last year’s uber-popular garden gnome is back with more pins, buttons and a Masters folding chair over his shoulder. He’s gone up in price, but is still a steal at $38.
Hogan Bridge Hat: $26

On the vintage hat front, this $26 brushed faux suede trucker’s cap with the Hogan Bridge and classy fonts takes the hat prize for 2019.
Reversible Bucket Cap: $30

Moms are going to love this reversible seersucker bucket cap ($30). Underneath it’s navy blue, so when the little one has inevitably made a mess of one side, a simple switch gives new life to this great bit of Masters sun protection for the little ones.
Vineyard Vines Belt: $58

Vineyard Vines is back with the updates on simple, but classic belts that give men a splash of Masters color without going over the top. Well, except last year’s must-have Founders Circle depiction that may become a tradition unlike any other. ($58)
ANCG Logo Hat: $26-$32

The 1934 collection once relegated to exclusive shops has expanded again to the main Golf Shop, and with that a huge break from 21st century tradition of rarely selling gear that mentions “Augusta National Golf Club.” These hats featuring ANGC and the older logo seen on member green coats adds a new dimension to the hat game ($26-32).
“Aruba” style shirt, sweater: $129-189

Women’s wear has increase in variety and boldness factor, with the $189 sweater going full-retro on the logo front (item 14), while the “Aruba” style shirt lands at $129.
Masters Mugs: $15

Mugs are surging high up the list of most popular items. Crafted to survive dishwashers and drops, at $15 the variety of options was expanded with a new floral print mug along with a set featuring “Augusta National Golf Club” embossed below the Masters logo.
Toddler T-Shirt: $25

The coolest toddlers on the block will sport that caddy-coverall t-shirt in 2019 ($25)
Glasses & Signs: $15-35

Pub signs ($35) and cocktail glasses ($15) range in very affordable prices, with vibrant colors and all the mancave coolness you’d expect from the Masters.
‘Tradition’ T-Shirts

T-shirts this year including a new tradition like any other the Tradition Unlike Any Other T returning (item 24). But the real standout is a food menu and sandwich listing shirt that will have people tapping you on the shoulder so they can read those amazing prices.
Tilley Sun Hat: $95

For the teaching pro in your life, the classic sun hats return with a new Tilley brand offering in green. They have a lifetime guarantee and that breathability, not to mention a perfect Masters green.
“Lobster” T-Shirt: $29.50
Lobster anyone? For $29.50 this “lobster” T-shirt is perfect for those who don’t need another green T.
Hot/Cold Beverage Holder: $40

And the very best of all, at $40 is this Yeti-style beverage container took the prize for best and most popular item over the weekend. Supplies didn’t last, for obvious reasons but the week is young.
