Best MPC-25 loadout in Black Ops 7 Ranked Play to dominate in close range

The MPC-25 is now available in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Ranked Play, and it’s quickly becoming a strong pick for SMG mains. If you’re looking to dominate in close-quarters combat, we have the best MPC-25 loadout to give you an edge in ranked matches.

Compared to the Dravec 45, the only other SMG in the current weapon pool of Black Ops 7 Ranked Play and Call of Duty League, the MPC-25 offers a higher fire rate, though it comes with more noticeable recoil. To get the most out of it, you’ll need a setup that improves control without sacrificing mobility. Here’s a breakdown of the best attachments and class setup to for this gun.

Slot Attachment
Muzzle K&S Compensator
(Vertical Recoil Control)
Barrel 14.5″ VAS Ashe Barrel
(Damage Range)
Underbarrel Flowguard Foregrip
(Horizontal Recoil Control, Sprinting Movement Speed, Movement Speed)
Rear Grip Magnate Grip
(First Shot Recoil Control, Vertical Recoil Control, Recoil Gun Kick)
Stock K-1 Pedal Stock
(Aim Walking Movement Speed)

This MPC-25 ranked loadout is made to stabilize the SMG’s recoil while keeping you fast and responsive in fights. The K&S Compensator, Magnate Grip, and Flowguard Foregrip significantly improve accuracy, making it easier to stay on target during sustained fire. The Flowguard Foregrip also boosts mobility, helping you rotate quickly to objectives, especially in modes like Hardpoint and Overload.

If you’re confident controlling the MPC with just the K&S Compensator and Flowguard Foregrip, I suggest swapping out the Magnate Grip with the Quickshift Grip. This increases ADS speed, allowing you to snap faster onto enemies.

To extend your effectiveness beyond point-blank range, equip the VAS Ashe Barrel for added damage range, allowing you to challenge AR players. Pair it with the K-1 Pedal Stock for better strafing speed and maintaining fluid movement during gunfights.

Stay aggressive. Screenshot by Dot Esports
  • Wildcard: Perk Greed
  • Pistol: Jager 45
  • Melee: Knife
  • Field Upgrade: Trophy System
  • Tactical: Smoke
  • Lethal: Semtex/Frag
  • Perk 1: Ninja
  • Perk 2: Tech Mask
  • Perk 3: Dexterity
  • Perk Greed: Lightweight

With Perk Greed as the only Wildcard available in Ranked Play, you can run four perks, so it’s important to pick ones that complement an aggressive playstyle.

Ninja keeps your footsteps silent, making it easier to flank enemies and catch them off guard, while Tech Mask reduces the effects of flash and concussion grenades, helping you stay in control during chaotic fights. Dexterity improves weapon handling by minimizing sway and delays, and Lightweight boosts your overall movement speed, allowing you to move quickly between engagements.

For your field upgrade, take the Trophy System to neutralize incoming grenades, helping you safely hold objectives or anchor key positions. As for equipment, either Semtex or Frag works as a reliable lethal, while Smoke provides cover for pushes or objective control.

Now that you’ve locked in the best MPC-25 loadout for BO7 Ranked Play, you might also want to use the best M15 Mod 0 ranked loadout.
