Best Kept Secret 2023: Date, line-up, tickets for the Dutch music festival

The first names for Best Kept Secret 2023 have been revealed and they include The 1975, Chemical Brothers, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and many more.

Best Kept Secret has been taking place in the south of the Netherlands since 2013. Big names are alternated with new discoveries and they range from indie, folk, hip-hop, rock, electronic and a mixture of other styles.

The festival’s centrepiece is a lake at the back of Beekse Bergen safari park. The festival’s founder described his vision as aiming to create “something that we’d like to go to ourselves”.

It has been nominated twice at the European Festival Awards in 2014, one for the best festival line-up category and the other for best medium-sized festival category.

The dates for Best Kept Secret 2023 are June 9–11 at Beekse Bergen in Hilvarenbeek, the Netherlands.

The 48-hour pre-sale is now open and available here.

General sale begins on Friday February 10 at 12pm via the website.

As well as entry tickets, you can book pre-pitched tent at the campsite, divided into Easy Camp and Comfort Camp, or built accommodation at Beekse Berge.

What is the line-up for the Best Kept Secret festival 2023?

The roster is large, with artists for everyone’s taste including The 1975, Alex G, Alvvays, Aphex Twin, Arlo Parks, Big Joanie, Billie Nomates, Black Country, New Road, Caroline Polachek, Charlotte Adigéry & Bolis Pupul and the Chemical Brothers.

As booked are Christine and the Queens, Cola, the Comet Is Coming, Crack Cloud, cumgirl8, Erika de Casier, Interpol, Japanese Breakfast, Jockstrap, Julia Jacklin, Kevn Morby, Kurt Vile & the Violators, the Mars Volta, Nation of Language, Peach Pit, Roöyksopp, Sorry, Sudan Archives, Tinariwen, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, the Voidz and more to be announced.
