How to get Permanent Unlock Tokens in Black Ops 7

The only way to get Permanent Unlock Tokens is through Prestige. Every time you Prestige, you get one Token, up to a total of 10 Tokens at Prestige 10.
The only exception is an additional Permanent Unlock Token you get with the BO7 Vault Edition. You get it alongside a collection of Mastercraft weapons, battle pass, and more.
Best items to spend Permanent Unlock Tokens on in Black Ops 7 multiplayer

Lightweight
- Level: 45
- Description: Increased movement speed. Jump, slide, and dive further. Faster recovery from sliding and diving.
Even though the core gameplay of BO7 is already quite fast, it never hurts to be a little bit faster, especially with Tactical Sprint now removed by default. Lightweight is a perk available at level 45 and is an overall solid improvement to your mobility, so you can always be on the move during gunfights.
Stim Shot
- Level: 21
- Description: Military stimulant that quickly heals combat wounds.
While Stim Shot unlocks considerably earlier compared to the rest of the items on the list, it’s a very handy tactical equipment to have, especially if you plan on grinding all the way to Prestige Master. Games in BO7 are hectic, and you’re always getting shot at, so having a Stim Shot will not only allow you to stay longer on the field but may also help you get some of the camo challenges done.
Ghost
- Level: 26
- Description: Undetectable by enemy Scout Pulse and UAV, when moving, planting, defusing, or controlling Scorestreaks. Undetectable by Prox Alarm.
Both Scout Pulse and UAV are some of the most common Scorestreaks in BO7, so being able to counter them is a great advantage to have in any multiplayer match. The Ghost perk works very well with suppressors on your favorite weapons, as those keep you hidden on the minimap when firing.
Ninja
- Level: 53
- Description: Move more quietly.
Ninja is another perk in the first slot that you can unlock instead of Ghost or Lightweight, and it makes your footsteps quieter. It may not be as universally useful as Ghost, but in some modes, you can certainly take advantage of sneakier movement.
Active Camo
- Level: 51
- Description: Become nearly invisible for a short duration. Attacking ends the effect.
Last but not least is the Active Camo field upgrade. It makes you almost completely invisible, allowing you to get sneaky kills or close the distance for Point Blank kills. Using a tactical while in Active Camo doesn’t end the effect, making it even more potent.
